These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sponsorlineup.com (the "Site"), operated by zeen101, LLC ("zeen101," "Sponsor Lineup," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or submitting the contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Sponsor Lineup helps local newsletter and news publishers find local business sponsors for their newsletter, and helps facilitate the resulting sponsorship arrangement (typically a revenue-share deal between the publisher and the sponsor). The Site is informational and provides a way for publishers to get in touch with us — it does not itself process payments or host a marketplace. Any resulting sponsorship arrangement is a separate agreement between the relevant parties, on terms agreed at that time.
Submitting the contact form does not guarantee that we'll find a sponsor for your publication, that any particular business will agree to sponsor you, or any specific level of revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including sponsor interest, your publication's audience and location, and market conditions.
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information through the Site; use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site beyond normal browsing; or use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law.
Publishers who run a sponsorship placement through Sponsor Lineup are responsible for clearly labeling that content as sponsored/advertising in their own newsletter or site, in line with applicable advertising-disclosure rules in their jurisdiction (for example, FTC guidance in the US or ASA guidance in the UK). Sponsor Lineup is not responsible for a publisher's failure to disclose sponsored content.
The Site's design, text, and branding belong to zeen101 unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or repurpose them without our permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, a sponsor's or publisher's own site). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, zeen101 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any sponsorship arrangement facilitated through Sponsor Lineup, including lost revenue or lost sponsorship opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [insert zeen101's state of incorporation/operation], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
