Sponsor Lineup ("Sponsor Lineup," "we," "us," or "our") is a service operated by zeen101, LLC ("zeen101"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through sponsorlineup.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
When you fill out the contact form on this Site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, publication name and URL, approximate reach (if provided), and any message you send us. We use this to evaluate a potential fit and to get back to you about a sponsorship arrangement.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the Site is used. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personal data about individual visitors — it only reports anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites, general location (country/region level), and device type. No cross-site tracking or ad-retargeting data is collected, and visitors cannot be individually identified from this data.
We also use Google Search Console to monitor how the Site appears in Google Search results (e.g. which search terms lead to the Site, and whether pages are indexed correctly). We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the Site and process inquiries (for example, our contact-form and email providers), who are only permitted to use it to provide that service to us. If your publication moves forward with a sponsorship arrangement, relevant details (such as your publication name and audience size) may be shared with the specific prospective sponsor as part of that arrangement — we won't share your personal contact details with a third party beyond what's needed to run that specific deal. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
This Site is intended for publishers and business contacts and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
